Refund and Return
In the event that your order does not meet your expectations in terms of product, size, colour, etc.please notify us by phone or email, stating relevant details such as order number, product quantity and reason for return.
We allow an exchange of all items except shoes, handbags, undergarments, fashion accessories, wrist wear, cosmetics, toys and discounted items.
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 07 days of delivery. However, additional postal or courier charges may apply.
Items can also be returned or exchanged directly at the CLEO Collection showroom subject to normal conditions.
There will be no cash refunds for returned items.
The company will not accept return/ exchange items that have been worn, washed, damaged, used, altered, or returned without the attached company tags and receipt.
All orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days under normal circumstances subject to change basis COVID-19 pandemic situation and other unavoidable circumstances.
